Our Devotional Commitment
“The services that SEVAAM provides involve e-Puja and delivery of Prasadam through priests in Kashi and Prayagraj or via a live Aarti/Darshan service; all of these services are ultimately devotional in nature and are performed on your behalf based upon your request.”
As such, SEVAAM has a limited ability to offer refunds after payment for these services has been made and will evaluate any concerns about those refunds on a case-by-case basis.
01. General Principles
Because a puja or ritual is performed specifically for you and cannot later be “undone”, costs paid for all of these services are generally non-refundable. SEVAAM is committed to acting fairly and reviewing all legitimate requests in detail.
02. Cancellations by Customer
If you request to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled puja, we offer two options:
Cancellations less than 24h prior, digital elements (videos), or services already in preparation are non-refundable.
03. Service Issues by SEVAAM
If we cannot complete the booked service (e.g., temple shutdown), we will either reschedule for a future date or issue a full/appropriate refund or credit at our discretion.
04. Prasad Delivery & Damage
Estimated delivery times are based on average courier speeds and factors like weather. Delays do not automatically guarantee a refund.
For spoiled or severely damaged items, we may replace the prasad or offer store credit after reviewing provided photographic evidence.

06. Final Decision
All refunds or credits are provided at SEVAAM’s sole discretion. Approved refunds are limited to the original booking amount.
