3. Booking & Refunds

Puja Services are time-sensitive. Cancellations with less than 24h notice are generally non-refundable.
4. Puja & Prasad
Rituals depend on priest availability and temple schedules. We provide photos/videos where possible. Prasad delivery is estimated at 3-7 days (India) or 7-21 days (International).
5. No Guarantee
“Puja is a personal expression of faith; SEVAAM cannot guarantee outcomes.”
7. Liability
Liability is limited exclusively to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
